Counterfeit Products

The Company does not verify the authenticity of the products listed on our platform. We only list items that have been returned to the retailer or e-commerce seller and then received by us. Reqora Team takes the every returned item pictures from different angles, evaluate the damage and place all the information to the item listing. Customers’ responsibility to verify the pictures and description before purchasing any item on our platform. 

The responsibility for verifying the authenticity of a product lies with the buyer. We recommend that buyers independently verify the authenticity and quality of the products before purchasing.

We take no responsibility for the authenticity of the products listed on our platform. In the event a buyer receives a counterfeit product, we will make our best efforts to assist the buyer in resolving the issue with the seller, but we cannot guarantee the outcome.
